Henri PORTE, Chairman & CEO, founder of Photline Technologies in 2000

Dr. PORTE has over 25 years of extensive experience in Optoelectronics and Telecommunications.
Before becoming a founding member of Photline Technologies in 2000, Dr. PORTE was a Senior Scientist at the CNRS (National Scientific Research Center), followed by a position as the Director of Research and Head of the Optoelectronics Group at the Optics Laboratory of the University of Besançon.
Dr. PORTE has authored or co-authored more than 100 publications in journals and international conferences and holds 14 patents.
In charge of executive in Photline Technologies, he manages the strategic orientations and the innovative and scientific policies

Pascal MOLLIER, CFO and founder of Photline Technologies in 2000

P. MOLLIER has over 10 years of experience in finance and management.
He does a training course in Master's degree of strategic management (ICG-IFG, Paris X university). He also holds a PhD. from the University of Franche-Comté in Besançon, France (1992).
Dr. MOLLIER was an Associate Professor of Optics at the University of Besançon until 2000.

Jerome HAUDEN, R&D Manager and founder of Photline Technologies in 2000

Dr. HAUDEN has been working on lithium niobate integrated Optics since early 90's.
He obtained his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Franche-Comte in Besançon, France in 1995.
After spending 18 months as a Post Doctorate Researcher on wavelength conversions in Lithium niobate integrated structures at the Ginzton Laboratory of Stanford University in California, USA.
Dr. HAUDEN spent four years as an Associate Professor at the Optics Laboratory of the University of Besancon.
Before founding Photline Technologies he worked at the joint Georgia Tech Loraine -CNRS Télécom Laboratory until 2000.

Philippe LE ROUX, Sales & Marketing Director

Philippe LE ROUX has an Engineering Degree in Optics from the ENSPS (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Strasbourg).
Before joining Photline Technologies in 2003, Philippe LE ROUX was Vice-President of European Sales at Photonetics until 2000 and then Vice-President of South-European Sales at NetTest.

Nicolas GROSSARD, Chief Production Officer

Dr. GROSSARD earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Franche-Comté, France in 2001. He joined Photline Technologies in 2000 and worked first in the development of low loss lithium niobate modulators.
Dr. GROSSARD has authored and co-authored more than 30 publications in journals and conferences and holds 2 patents.
