UCELLS : ultra-wide band real-time interference monitoring and cellular management strategies

The main objective of UCELLS project is to study and to demonstrate the Cellular UWB capabilities employing a spectrum monitoring system based on a high performance ADC in order to efficiently enable coexistence and compatibility of UWB-based wireless communications with existing and future mobile and fixed wireless systems. Among the partners of the project : Universidad Politecnica de Valencia

HELIOS : pHotonics ELectronics functional Integration on CMOS

The mission of the large scale integrating project HELIOS is to make CMOS photonics accessible to a broad circle of users. During 4 years, the HELIOS consortium will develop innovative means to combine a photonic layer with a CMOS circuit, using microelectronics fabrication processes. Among the partners of the project : CEA LETI

Photline Technologies in collaboration with Thales and other partners has been awarded a contract from the French Ministry of Defence.

MGOM : Multi-Gigahertz Optical Modulator of Very Low Driving Voltage

MGOM is a ESA Artes V program. ESA’s Telecommunications programs seeks to enhance the competitiveness of European industry by promoting the use of satellites in such functions as broadcasting, multimedia and mobile communications, data relay, search and rescue and aviation services.

Interreg IV-CD-FOM : French-Swiss collaborative project

The target of CD-FOM is to develop innovating fiber optics sensors using micro-structured fibers and Brillouin type opto-acoustic interactions.
