Pulse applications
High performance LiNbO3 modulators from Photline Technologies are key components for pulse applications.
Used in combination with the company pulse drivers and bias controllers, they allow to generate and select high extinction ratio (up to 40 dB) optical pulses, user shaped, with short rise and fall time, clean edges and superior stability. Examples of applications : lidar, spectrocopy, non linear optics, material processing, material and components characterization.
