1064 nm 55 dB Extinction Ratio Pulse Generationn Unit
The ModBox-Pulse55dB-1064 generates controlled optical pulses with Very High Extinction Ratio from a continuous optical laser source at 1064 nm and a user supplied pulsed RF signal.
The resulting optical signal offers sharp edges, short rise and fall times and an unparalleled contrast of 50 dB. The ModBox-Pulse55dB-1064 is housed in a 19’’ rack; it integrates LiNb03 intensity modulators (NIR-LN type), pulse RF drivers with a modulator bias control electronics and a power supply. It can receive an optional laser source and optical detector.
